Access and security
- Non-custodial smart account
- Passkey sign-in, no seed phrase
- Recovery with the same passkey
A ready-made mobile app with a non-custodial wallet and cards, published under your name. Your users hold their own funds.
You connect a card issuer and build the app from scratch. You keep control and the revenue, but it takes a team and 6+ months to go live.
You launch fast, but the platform holds your users' money and marks up card fees. You get a share of the revenue, but no control over it.
Working app in 4 weeks
Non-custodial by design, with a ready white-label app and an open integration layer.
You get a finished product under your brand, not a place inside someone else's app.
Your name, colors and icon, published through your own App Store and Google Play accounts. Users download your app, not someone else's with your logo inside it, and the listing, the reviews and the audience belong to you.
The listing, the reviews and the audience are yours
Sign-in is a passkey, not a seed phrase, and the same passkey restores access if a phone is lost. Money goes to names rather than wallet addresses, contacts and chat are built in, and no separate token is needed for network fees.
Names instead of addresses, no gas token
Cards are issued, topped up from the wallet balance, and managed, status and limits, in the same app. Holding and spending sit in one place, so your product stays the screen a customer opens, not a step on the way to somewhere else.
Holding and spending in one place
Recurring and scheduled payments, mass payouts, invoices and payment requests, all from the same balance. These are the flows that turn a wallet into a business tool, and they cover the cases your customers would otherwise solve outside your product.

Definro runs underneath and stays invisible to your users.

The app is published under your name, and the customer relationship is yours.
You set wallet fees, card markups and plans, and change them after launch without asking a supplier.
Bring your own card issuer or launch on our program. Either way, the rest of the product stays the same.
Three ways to launchThe fees your users pay and the card and banking providers behind your app are your decision.
A fixed fee on transfers and withdrawals, set separately for each network.
Run several plans side by side, for example a free plan and a paid one.
Your markup on card top-ups, your price for issuing a card, your fee on currency conversion.
Sponsor them for your users, or let users pay in the token they already hold.
Adjust any of it from the admin panel, without asking a supplier.
Bring your own, or launch on an issuer we have already integrated.
We connect the banking partners, payment rails and other services you already work with.
Change providers without rebuilding the app. Your app, your users and their wallets stay as they are; only the cards are reissued.
You set the prices your users pay, and you keep the margin.
Card top-upsYour markup on every top-up from wallet to card.
Currency conversionYour fee on card spending in other currencies.
Card issuanceYour price for issuing a card.
Monthly plansOptional paid plans for your users.
Wallet operationsA fixed fee on transfers, withdrawals and swaps, set per network.

Q1 2027Use a white-label platform that already includes the app, the wallet and the card integration. With Definro you get a finished mobile app under your brand, connected to a card issuer, and you publish it through your own App Store and Google Play accounts. You bring the brand and the users; we provide and run the technology.
Launch packages start from $20,000, plus a monthly platform fee. The final price depends on the launch option, whether you bring your own card issuer, and any custom work. Card issuer fees are set by the program and agreed before you commit.
A working build of your branded app with a live wallet takes up to four weeks. Card integration takes about a month from the moment the card issuer grants API access, and runs in parallel. The final launch date also depends on issuer onboarding and app store review.
Definro is built so that you never hold your users' funds, which removes the need for custody infrastructure. Cards are issued under the card issuer's program and license. What your company needs depends on your jurisdiction and activities, so confirm your position with your legal advisers.
Each user controls their own funds in a smart account secured by their passkey, and neither you nor Definro can move them. If a user loses their phone, they recover access through their passkey. One thing to know: when a user tops up a card, that amount moves to the card issuer, which holds the card balance under its program.
Yes, through a corporate card program. Cards are issued under the card issuer's corporate program, so the end cardholder doesn't submit additional identity documents while remaining a retail user of your app. Available geographies and limits are set by the program and confirmed before launch.
Your product stays. The issuer connects through a separate integration layer, so replacing it means integrating a new issuer, not rebuilding your app. Your app, wallet, brand and users stay in place; the switch is a separate project with its own timeline.
Wallet funds stay with your users. Smart accounts live on-chain and belong to the users, so they stay the user's own if our service stops. Card balances are held by the card issuer under its program.
Tell us about your users and markets. We'll come back with a recommended launch option, a card program, commercial terms and a timeline.
